-TAVERN: The Tavern is our favorite brunch spot in Nashville! It is located in Midtown and has a lively, upbeat vibe. There is always a DJ spinning, 2-for-1 cocktails, and a unique brunch menu! It's won numerous awards for the "Best Brunch in Nashville!"

-ACME FEED AND SEED: Acme is by far our favorite bar on Broadway! It has multiple levels with different kinds of music on each level, as well as southern comfort food and handcrafted cocktails. It also has a rooftop patio with beautiful views!  

​

-THE FLIPSIDE: The Flipside is located on 12 South and has a fun, beachy, laid-back vibe! They are known for their chicken and waffles, as well as their 2-for-1 cocktails during brunch. 

​

-THE SOUTHERN: The Southern is a trendy, upscale restaurant serving an awesome brunch with great mimosas and bloody Mary's!

​

-FROTHY MONKEY: Frothy Monkey is a local coffee shop in Nashville with awesome latte's and great breakfast sandwiches. There is one downtown, one on 12 South, and one in Franklin. 

​

-M.L. ROSE: M.L. Rose is a low-key, local restaurant that is known for their burgers. It is a great place for brunch or lunch. They also have 2-for-1 cocktails!

​

-THE SUTLER: The Sulter is a great spot for a large parties. They serve southern fare and usually have live music! 

-WHISKEY KITCHEN: Whiskey Kitchen is a cool, popular spot in the Gulch! They serve a variety of dishes from southern comfort classics to wood-fire oven pizzas. Also, they have one of the largest selections of whiskey!

-SAINT ANEJOS: Saint Anejo is another one of our favorites in the Gulch! They have a lively atmosphere with an awesome patio, excellent Mexican food and of course top-notch margaritas!

-BAR TACO: Bar Taco is a modern, upbeat Mexican spot on 12 South with a beachy vibe! They have a great patio and serve unique tacos with freshly squeezed margaritas! 

​

-EDDLEY'S BBQ: If you are in the mood for some southern BBQ, then Eddley's is the spot for you! They are located on 12 South and serve excellent brisket. pork and banana pudding! 

-URBAN GRUB: Urban Grub is a stylish, rustic spot on 12 South serving southern and seafood specialities, as well as hand-crafted cocktails.

-BURGER UP:Burger Up is a hip and happening spot on 12 South! They serve different and unique burgers paired with your choice of fries, as well as fun cocktails! 

​

-HATTIE B'S HOT CHICKEN: Hattie B's is famous in Nashville for their hot chicken! Get ready to wait in line, because the line is always out the door!

​

-THE PHARMACY: The Pharmacy is another famous spot in Nashville known for their creative burgers!

BROADWAY BARS: Broadway is the main strip of bars and honky-tonks in Nashville!

• TOOTSIES: Tooties is a world famous honky-tonk with live music all day, every day! It's definitely a spot you must check out! 

• BIG BANG: Big Bang is a fun dueling piano bar!

• HONKY TONK CENTRAL: Honky Tonk Central has 3 floors of live music all day, every day!

MIDTOWN BARS: Midtown has more of a college-style feel to it with chill bars. 

• PATTERSON HOUSE: The Patterson House is an upscale, classy bar serving signature cocktails. It's the perfect spot to grab a drink if you are looking to have a chill night. 

• WINNERS & LOSERS: Winners and Losers bars are right next door to each other and both have a lively atmosphere with live music, comfort food and drinks.

GULCH AREA BARS:​ The Gulch area is a newer, modern part of Nashville. 

• LA JACKSON: LA Jackson is a beautiful, swanky rooftop bar at the Thompson Hotel! It is the perfect spot for happy hour, because the views of the city are amazing! You must check it out!  

​

OTHER BARS:

• L27 ROOFTOP BAR: L27 is located on the roof of the Westin Hotel! It is a trendy, classy, upbeat indoor and outdoor bar. The views are amazing and the drinks are hand crafted!

-SHOPPING ON 12 SOUTH: Spend the day shopping on 12 South! They have some of the cutest boutiques and restaurants! My favorite shop is Draper James, which is owned by Reese Witherspoon!

LIVE MUSIC VENUES:

• THE RYMAN: The Ryman used to be home to the Grand Ole Opry, which has now moved. However the Ryman still is a premier music venue and has shows all the time, so be sure to check out their calendar of events!

• GRAND OLE OPRY: The Grand Ole Opry is a famous country music venue with live music weekly! Be sure to check out their calendar of events!

• BLUEBIRD CAFE: Bluebird Cafe is where the show Nashville was filmed! They have live music every night of the week featuring up and coming songwriters. Be sure to get tickets in advance because they sell out quickly. 

• HONKY-TONKS ON BROADWAY: Check out all the honky-tonks on Broadway! See my "Top Bars" section above to see out favorites places.

-COUNTRY MUSIC HALL OF FAME: The Country Music Hall of Fame is one of the world's largest music museums.

-GAYLORD OPRYLAND RESORT: The Gaylord is an absolutely gorgeous hotel with restaurants, shops, a golf course, spa, and indoor gardens. If you are there during Christmas time, you have to stop by to see their amazing Christmas light display indoor and outdoor. 

-ARRINGTON VINEYARDS: Arrington Vineyards is a beautiful winery with awesome wines and a gorgeous scenery. Bring a picnic and hang out in the green grass for the day sipping wine and listening to live music. 

-VISIT FRANKLIN: Franklin, TN is the cutest town, and it is actually where Matt was born and raised! They have a charming Main Street with cute boutiques and fun restaurants! 

-CANOE: Rent a canoe and float down the Harpeth River for the day!
